Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Yeadon is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Yeadon and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. By submitting a consultation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Our services are available to residents of the United Kingdom only.
We reserve the right to decline a consultation or refuse to dispense medication if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Eligibility for prescription weight loss treatment is determined solely by our registered pharmacist or prescriber, based on your medical history and consultation responses.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine is dispensed. We do not dispense medications without appropriate clinical oversight.
Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of our clinical team. If your consultation indicates that treatment is not suitable for you, we will notify you and, where possible, advise you to consult your GP. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated on the prescription and may not be transferred to another pharmacy without consent.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your health, medications, and medical history. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a risk to your health.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices include the cost of consultation, medication, and standard delivery where applicable.
If your consultation results in a decision not to prescribe, you will not be charged for the medication. Any applicable consultation fee will be communicated clearly before you complete payment. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been prepared, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days. We will not issue refunds for consultations that have been completed, regardless of the clinical outcome, unless required by law.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical care. If you experience an adverse reaction or medical emergency, stop using any medication immediately and seek urgent medical attention by calling 999 or visiting your nearest A&E.
Weight loss medications are one component of a broader treatment plan. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
